Abstract: The primary objectives of this study are to measure satisfaction levels of Modi Xerox customers I and to highlight areas for improvement. This study was authorized by Modi Xerox Ltd, who will use the results as the basis for annual bonuses for its employees, contingent upon meeting targets for customer satisfaction. The terms of overall satisfaction with the supplier I of the photocopier machine, the satisfaction level among customers of Modi Xerox is far higher than among customers of competition machines. Among Modi Xerox customers, 98.2% were satisfied.
