Abstract

Incorporating select papers on energy security in India and Russia, this volume is well informed and analytically oriented. Relating to the scenario and challenges of energy security, energy sector reforms, sustainable development and alternative energy sources—and problems and issues in energy security and cooperation in the two countries—the book reveals that both India and Russia view energy as a very critical aspect of economic development.
