Abstract: Addressing the challenge of building robust supply chains in an environment of high demand and supply uncertainty, this paper focuses on the research findings in the supply chain risk management process, particularly on i) identifying and mitigating supply side risks related to price and supply chain disruptions, and ii) managing demand side risks through the judicious use of efficient and responsive chains, which would help companies develop effective risk management plans.
