Abstract: This project aims to analyze consumer behavioral characteristics so as to understand the preference for cost vs convenience and vice versa. Our client Shipmantra is a super app for logistics acting as a marketplace, connecting vendors to customers. Our main aim was to understand the above behavioral pattern in the case direct-to-consumer user base cases. We formulated a research design that primarily focused on defining the problem, exploratory data analysis, data collection, conclusive analysis, and preliminary insights toward decisionmaking for the problem statement.
