Abstract: Bajaj electricals is a globally renowned company with a turnover of more than 4900 Cr INR. The business of Bajaj Electricals can be divided into two segments, namely Consumer Products and Illumination. The consumer products business is roughly thrice the size of their illumination business. For the purpose of this study, we will focus on the last mile logistics of only consumer products.
