Abstract: A chatbot is a conversational program that uses artificial intelligence (AI) and other automation technologies that may converse through chat to supplement or replace human support agents in the areas of customer care, engagement, and support. Chatbots for customer service are created particularly to provide functions along the customer journey. The sawy customer service bot may guide consumers to more information or resources on your website or respond most of the straightforward, FAQ-oriented customer enquiries. The additional benefit of such chatbots is that they decrease the volume of contact centre inquiries, allowing customer care representatives to spend more time addressi ng difficult client concerns rather than repeating information that might be easily automated or located in a FAQ.
