Abstract: The conduct of economic, political, or cultural relations betweeilto sovereign nations constitutes a bilateral relationship. Economic agreements like Free trade agreements (FT A), or foreign direct investments (FDI) when signed between two states are the examples of bilateral relationship1. Bilateral relationships helps two states to tailor their contracts and obligations as per the needs.
