Abstract: Supply chain control towers, like airport control towers, monitor the entire network of activity and can respond to changes in real time. It provides end-to-end visibility and makes sure that all the parties involved are on the same page to reduce the effect of Bull-whip effect by reducing variance across multiple tiers of the multi-tier complex supply chain involved in industries like electronics, Automobiles and Pharmaceuticals.
