Abstract: The business of online delivery of medicine is growing in popularity due to changes in people's lifestyles, internet usage, and quick adoption of technology platforms. As per report from EY, by 2023 the online medicine delivery market in India is estimated to increase to $2.7B. Further Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown has disrupted the highly fragmented pharmaceutical industry'. A lot of existing players in the industry are adopting online business models. The business of online pharmacies like Tata 1mg, NetMeds, PharmEasy etc., are boosting as people are avoiding visiting hospitals and are opting for online consultations and remote diagnostics. Big players like Tata backed 1mg and Reliance with the acquisition of NetMeds are investing in this space. Our project aims to provide insights related to factors that influence online medicine ordering through various apps.
