Abstract: This project aims to utilize the underlying Blockchain and distributed ledger technology principles to propose a solution that could serve the less privileged people who are beneficiaries of the Public Distribution System (PDS). The project also covers applying those principles for Kirana stores’ efficient functioning, benefiting shop owners and customers, and building an entire ecosystem around cryptographic transactions backed by blockchain principles.
