Abstract: As exchange students from Finland and Germany we have had an amazing opportunity to study in one of the premier institutes for management education in India. The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) strives to achieve excellence through partnerships with industry, and leading academic institutions and gains more and more attention globally. The application procedures are known to be demanding and only few applicants are chosen to take part in the program. IIMB prepares students to manage and lead in dynamic business situations and promises to provide a diverse and challenging environment where they can learn and grow.
