The game maybe played by teams or individuals. A debriefing session of roughly equivalent length typically follows to review the results and discuss the lessons involved. There is a good tradition of teaching operations management (OM) via different kinds of games in which real players come forward in making real decisions in a practical context yet simulated situation. Also, there has been a reflection which is conceptually strong on the process and content of this method to education on OM. | URI: | https://repository.iimb.ac.in/handle/2074/20641 |
