Abstract: India with its vast geography and diverse population is a complex market to understand. To offer fast connectivity to a population with varied income levels, there are currently eight major airlines in India- Air India, Jet Airways, Indigo, Spice Jet, Air Costa, Go Air, Air Asia and Vistara. India is one of the highest growing markets for airlines in the world. According to IATA, by 2034 India is expected to have a total of 367 passengers, adding 266 million annual passengers when compared with today.
