Abstract: Grocery market in India is approximated to be $360 billion (as of 2014) which is also the six largest in the world. Online grocery which is a new segment emerging is expected to account almost 2% of this market by 2020.1 Changing shopping trends and increased importance of convenience due to busy lifestyles have been the major drivers of the e-grocery industry.
