Abstract: The prime objective of our project is do design business plan for training modules for e-commerce companies in India. This training module will help the e-commerce companies to provide hassle free and qualitative training programs for their employees through a detailed business plan. This would consist of cost and financial planning in the process of developing pricing strategy for various types of training meant for different level of employees within organizations. In order to conceptualise training program, we need to understand organization structure and business model in e-commerce industry, we have conducted detailed analysis of Flipkart. Furthermore, how trainings are being conducted across different functions in the organization was gathered from depth interview of supervisor in Big Basket(e-tailer for grocery items ).
