Abstract: Tele-Education project aims at providing quality education to students in government schools using the satellite technology and use of animation & graphics which would ensure better understanding while possibility of interaction. This report focuses on the monitoring systems which can be used to evaluate the tele-education program on several parameter to gauge the effectiveness of the program. There are manual ways of monitoring everything, but they respond slowly and are prone to biases. To overcome them several solutions have been proposed which make use of latest technology in the field of programming and image processing to lower the manual intervention at various stages while responding in real time.
