Streamlining of supply chain in lubes business of HPCL

Abstract

We took this project because we wanted to get the first-hand experience of handling a complex supply chain. We were also driven to apply the different concepts & tools learnt during the first year of our Management Program, and to provide a solution to the firm we would work with. Through this project, we would get to know more about the lubes business by interacting with employees from HPCL & about the application of various supply chain concepts under the guidance of Prof. Jishnu Hazra.
