Abstract: This report looks at the current conditions of employability of persons with disabilities and talks about how E-recruitment can be the solution to the problems faced by pwd while trying to secure a job. Furthermore, it goes on to elaborate on issues in online recruitingcofnpersonsnwithndisabilities andnthe improvement needed in the third party platforms to address accessibility and usage problems. In addition to this, it serves as a sneakpeak into understanding how companies have adopted automation in their recruitment practices.
