Abstract: Our CCS project is based on almost 20 qualitative interviews with 3 different actors having great experience in that kind of exercise. In appendices, you will find our questionnaires. We had two types of questionnaires: the first one was a preparation for the call and the second one was to guide us and being sure we covered everything during the call. Before the call, we were sending a primary questionnaire to have a first overview of the types of collaborations our interlocutor already did. Also, it provided us a way to start the interview with going directly to the essential matters. We were then able to ask more relevant questions rather than standardized ones. Then, during the call, guided by our questionnaires we had interactive dialogues. To address the right questions for everyone, we made three different questionnaires depending on the nature of our interlocutor (corporate, start-up, accelerator). We focused our questions on operational aspects of the co-creation trying to have insights, living stories and examples of what they experienced. By those examples, we discerned patterns and similar happenings among our interlocutors, which led us to the conclusions presented in our project. Among the questions are the mind-set of the company or the start-up when working with its counterpart, the preparation before the collaboration and how the co-creation went. Our interviews last about 30 to 45 minutes, usually on the phone
