Abstract: The study was aimed at learning about inclusive business models in the healthcare domain. Telemedicine was chosen as the area of concern as it is one of the most essential services in India in the inclusive space. Mehodology: Secondary research was done on telemedicine, its need and the challenges it faces in India * The models of telemedicine in the course of its evolution were studied * An ecosystem of players in telemedicine domain was mapped and the indispensability as well as impact created by each player on the telemedicine service provision in India was evaluated * A high-impact player in the ecosystem was chosen and one particular company acting as that player was studied * Primary research was done to understand the business model and the low-cost innovation developed by the player * An expert in the domain was sought to understand the issues with the innovation developed * The player’s addressal of the issues was analysed through further primary research * The current position of the player and the key factor needed for its success were understood and appropriate recommendation made.
