Abstract: Uderzo, a famous French Comics writer presentes in “l’Odyssey d’Asterix” a caricature of the capitalistic business-modell and especially of this cooperative form. As the captain of a galley, Ekonomikrisis has decided to call all the rowers its associates. All associates are equally bounded by an associated contract which normally share equally the benefit and risks of the company. Ekonomikrisis does not forget to call himself CEO of the cooperative and to turn the new company form at his advantage. Cooperative are often used to built a new form of social-entrepreneurship. Social-Entrepreneurship could be defined with huge assumptions: corporations are not only formed for profit purpose and all profit have to be shared with every stakeholders of the company. By understanding SE under these conditions the SE environment is enlarged to all corporations, companies, cooperative or groupement which create value for all stakeholders by using actual capitalistic rules and improved also the global environment. All the purpose of the thesis is to demonstrate the economical efficiency of an SE business-model by analysing three different types of French corporations competing with an international market. All these corporations are competitive in France and international market, following the same SE model but using three different forms of corporations, managements and business sectors. The aim of the thesis is to analysis the strategical and financial performance of these corporation to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
