Abstract: The trading concept is all about voluntarily exchange of goods and services. It leads to the creation of markets comprising diverse set of goods and services. The expansion in the scope of trade and services is further facilitated by transportation modes and other sought of development. Today?s world is shrinking in size. There has been an increase in the understanding of importance of world trade. Countries are increasingly accepting that free flow of world trade leads to economic efficiency and social welfare. Economic efficiency is not only a byproduct of boundary less world trade but it involves an equal importance of trade within nation. It can only be achieved completely by removing all kinds of geographical and jurisdictional boundaries. No restrictions should be imposed on the movement of goods services and factors of production within the country. Imposition of this concept of free flow of intra-national and inter-nation trade is essential for the survival of economy.
