Abstract: After China initiated economic reforms in 1978, we have seen remarkable economic growth in China, of which its exports are one of the remarkable features. From the graph below, we can see that Chinese exports have moved along with the world exports. However, post 2008 crisis, we see that the gap between world exports and Chinese exports is decreasing. This means that the magnitude of increase in Chinese exports is relatively more than that of the world.
