Abstract: Besides Indirect Coverage (I DC), the rural thrust has been spear-head ed by Small Town Promotion Pac k ag e (STPP) and Operation Harvest. However, these three operations enable us to reach only a small percentage of the rural market. How do we increase our coverage either through IDC, STPP, OH or any other operation to provide saturation coverage to all rural markets on all weather motorable roads?
