Abstract

SCOPE The development of Work Instructions and procedures as per ISO 9002 quality system for Marketing & Logistics. OBJECTIVES A] To study the information flow and systems currently in operation. B] To develop the Work Instructions/Procedures as per the above process flow. C] To develop the various reports which would be generated to fulfil the needs of an integrated MIS & ISO 9002. TASKS PERFORMED A] Conducting an in-depth study of the various Customer files to know the steps involved from order getting to execution to final close-out. B] Studying the specific requirements of ISO 9002. If any in preparing the Work Instructions. C] Actual visit to the various departments to get a first-hand knowledge of the activities being performed. D] Developing the Work Instructions/Procedures, assigning responsibility, deciding the time frames and developing the various reports that are to be generated for effective implementation of the Work Instructions/Procedures.
