Abstract: SRF Finance had been incorporated in June 1985. Headquartered at Delhi it has an All- India reach through a vast network of decentralised regional offices in all major metros. It has grown from having only Rs. 4 crores in disbursement to Rs. 266 crores (1993-94). During the same period its client base has increased from 400 clients to 21, 000 and PAT from Rs.15 lacs to Rs. 9.03 crores. The projected disbursements and client base for 1994 - 95 is Rs.505 crores and 25, 000 respectively. Its Gross Asset Size is projected to be Rs. 500 crores (1994 - 95).It has the backing of Rs.360 crore (US $115 million) industrial house SRF Ltd. and serves over 100, 000 corporations, individuals and financial institutions.
