Abstract: The project's objectives were two fold: 1. To examine and make recommendations on issues of positioning, brand Strategy, service delivery, and communication for ITC Eaglestar. 2. To examine the different ways in which the premium moneys could be collected from customers, and transferred to a concentration account at Bombay. The understanding of not to be constrained by things that had already been decided by recommendations the team working on the Joint venture was implicit in our working, and therefore some of the we have made might have been overtaken by now.
