Abstract: The internship was well structured. It started with a 3 day orientation covering following sessions - overview of IFMR trust and its vision followed by sort introductory lecturers by Ventures, Capital, Mezzanine Finance, Holdings and in last Advocacy unit. Day-2 was for field trip to centers of Equitas(MFI). Day-3, there was presentation and interactive session with Mr. Puneet Gupta, CEO of Mezzanine and founding board member of IFMR Trust, it was really good. He emphasized that the firm looked for innovative ideas and curiosity to learn from summer interns and advised to test all the decisions on the touchstone of client-trust and ethics.
