Abstract: The internship gave an exposure into working of the corporate bank's treasury division. This involved learning about the different departments- Transaction banking, Sales and Origination and Client Coverage and their personnel. Role of dealers and relationship managers was also understood and practically observed on daily basis. This involved pitching to a new client, giving a future view to an existing client, explaining terms of the deal to the client, pricing of the deals or swaps etc- in short complete,eIotitmshipmanagement on a day to day basis. The internship also gave an opportunity to visit few clients on calls. This experience was enriching and taught valuable lessons on convincing clients without making them feel uncomfortable at any point of time. Finally, paper work related to each and every new client and each deal- KYC, Due Diligence, Term sheets
