Abstract: Economic growth is increasingly being defined by the ability of a nation to provide an affirmative framework for marketing innovations. The role of the legal system, particularly that of IPRs and the Competition principles, in achieving this framework is extremely significant. In this regard, the author attempts to capture select challenges of multilateral relevance that require to be discussed to suitably enrich the Indian legal context.
