Abstract: Introduction When in Rome, do as the Romans do. ~Saint Ambrose (c.340-397) Sound and simple advice, just like most proverbs are. But think of a ‘Rome’ that is as thriving and enticing as the Rome of the yester years, but is made of twenty nine different states, most of them speaking different languages, a society divided by both class and caste, a truly diverse nation. Think of India. Now, in such a ‘Rome’, the challenge is to first identify what it is that ‘the Romans do’ (and do differently at that) and then, to adapt to it. Simply put, it is this need that this project aims to fulfill.
