Abstract: This is a write up of a case that can be used to conduct an experiential theatre activity in a class on the subject of career decision making. The exercise involves three stages. In the first stage where students have to identify the voices in the head of the protagonist in the case. In the second stage students (with help from the instructor), act out these voices theatrically. In the third stage the students reflect on the stakeholders present in their own lives and process the voices related to them. A detailed teaching note is appended to the case that can be used to conduct this exercise in class.
