dc.description.abstract	Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) is a premier ISO 9000 company in India and the second largest manufacturer of Earth moving equipment in Asia. BEML is a public sector undertaking company, under ministry of defecne. BEML is a three-decade-old multi-product, multi-location, multi-crore company catering the needs of diverse sectors of economy such as coal, mining, steel, cement, defence and railway. It has manufacturing facilities at Bangalore, K.G.F. and Mysore. Hydraulics & Powerline Division is located at K.G.F. and manufactures transmissions for bulldozers and hydraulics aggregates for captive consumption. Transmission shop located in this division has been divided into Product Groups (PG) based on the similarity of product.	en_US
