Majority of respondents in all categories have a feeling that existing organizational culture is not suitable for the organization and there is a scope for improvement. There exists strong uniform culture in the organization. Possibility of sub cultures and different weak cultures have been eliminated by the facts that percentage of respondents in other types of cultures is negligible.
