dc.description.abstractBharti Airtel is a global telecommunication company with operations in 20 countries spread across Asia and Africa. Its services include 2G, 3G and 4G mobile telephony services, mobile commerce, fixed line, broadband, IPTV, DTH and business communication solutions. As of March 2013, Airtel’s customer base was at 269 million across its services. As part of the internship program, I attended a two day induction program at Airtel Centre, Gurgaon. I was facilitated in knowing about the company’s history, culture, its current business trends and an overall insight into its various operations. I was posted in KTN (Kerala Tamilnadu) circle as part of my internship project.
