Abstract: Purpose of this project is to study the complete contract registration process and find gaps if any. Contract registration process starts with an opportunity identified by opportunity owner. An opportunity number created by BSS in OATS tool and formal document collection and approval process start. Before contract getting signed by both IBM and Client it require various approval like BnP, DPL, Pricing, Credit and Legal. Once all approvals in place an SoW signed by IBM and Client. Post signing before it go for final registration it again go through validation to make sure there is no process violation.
