dc.description.abstract | The scope of our study will investigate identifying scope of pain points and innovations in digital payment and fin tech ecosystem in India. The study will deep dive into various payment use cases across industries to identify and analyze knowledge gaps in the landscape from both customer and business perspective. We broadly divided the payment business use cases into five categories: Online bill payment, mobile recharge, retail sector with high average selling price (ASP), retail sector with low average selling price, and ecommerce (B2B and social ecommerce). Our methodology of proceeding with the research will include secondary research and primary research via expert interviews, across the customer journey, we will draw different insights with respect to different payment channels used, discovery or fulfillment strategies and payment solution needs. Through this research, we aim to determine business gaps and scopes for innovation in the digital payment ecosystem in the country. | |
