Managing people and performance effectively requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees. It also requires a clear understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and the ability to align employee performance with those goals. So in this project, first, I understand the theoretical aspect of managing people and performance, and then, based on the study, I developed a few questionnaires. I asked those questions to several managers leading the best organizations in this world. I collected those insights and compared the same with the existing theories and identified the gap, if any, and based on that, I has written a detailed report.
