dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to create a consolidated report that would search the truth for whether excessive usage of social media (S.M.) on smartphones affects an individual's work-life balance at university, workplace, or personal space-finding the reason why and how to solve if there is any adverse effect on the work-life balance due to usage of social media and at-least come-up with an argument to develop a culture where users of social media would be given a thought to be considered usage of social media as an essential aspect while looking at work-life balance.
