The rapid online deli very ecosystem is booming in the Indian e-commerce and retail sector. It has been observed that the delivery which is completed in 45 min to 1 hour, repeat order of those customers is placed 20% of the times. Whereas the deliveries are completed in 20-30 mins, return order of those customers is placed 40-50% times. This is the point where the rapid delivery system in India is disrupting the market. Many companies and startups offer delivery in 10 to 15 minutes in India. This 10 min delivery system has created a storm in India. This revolutionary change in the delivery system is booming in India, starting just before 18 to 20 months. Zepto, 18 months old, founded by two 19-year-old Stanford dropouts, disrupts the grocery delivery space.
