dc.description.abstract‘Good Health and Well Being’ is an important pillar of sustajggable development goals set by the United Nations. The official statement of this pillar of SDGs is: "To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages”. In the same spirit — nations across the globe have tried to deliver quality healthcare to their citizens by investing in healthcare infrastructure & experimenting with diverse models to achieve universal health coverage. In this report — we wish to examine India’s status in delivering quality healthcare to citizens from the lens of various government interventions and impending opportunities the healthcare industry has to offer.
