Indian organizations

Abstract

I intend to write 3-4 cases and teaching notes on different organizations in the following areas: 1. Culture in organizations – this case will be based on a Bangalore based organization. The organization has a unique culture based on the spiritual and philosophical orientation of the founder. 2. Raising awareness on topics of inclusion and exclusion – this case will document the journey of an NGO based in Delhi that has developed a unique approach on propagating inclusion and exclusion to various stakeholders in Indian society. 3. Corruption – the case will document incidents of corruption. 4. Corporate social responsibility – The case will be based on various measures that an organization has taken towards fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.
