Karnataka is a pioneer in this space with several novel ideas and initiatives which are doing considerably well and seem promising. The Public Private Partnership between KVTSDC and TeamLease is the first of its kind in the country. We narrowed down our objective to study this model in detail and analyze its scope and replicability.
