dc.description.abstractOverall, we believe the medical procedure segment in India is currently at its nascent stage and thereby possess enormous future business potential. A strong implementation of this idea holds the key to success. We believe if a start-up follows the above discussed implementation strategies religiously, then the likelihood of its adoption by the key stakeholders i.e. healthcare providers and the patients is highly likely. We recommend a startup to form a solid core team, source the angel funding and get the operations rolling. Once operations are started, continuous feedback of hospitals and patients should be incorporated in the products and processes for improvement. The player with the fastest operational learning and the process improvement will emerge out to be the winner in this market in India. No start-up has cracked the right business model and right offerings to customers yet. One that is ready to learn fast, fail fast and improve fast will be able to sustain for long run and finally capture the market.
