Communication is an important aspect of work life. It defines the value we add to an organization, a project or a discussion. But increasingly it has been observed that very few individuals voice their opinions in groups. This reduces the diversity of opinions and the real potential of an individual is left untapped. Speaking up has benefits for the individuals too which includes but not limited to career growth, additional opportunities and personal branding.
