dc.description.abstractIt is an objective of this CCS to study the RFP documents of Indian states and also that of US states which have implemented cloud architecture for e-governance and identify potential gaps in the RFP document of Karnataka. Moreover, it also aims to identify the contextual differences and the different perspectives in which implementation of similar service level agreements differ across geographies.
