With the latest developments in technology, many e commerce companies have been started which create a great scope and potential for the online retail. But the most important questionable element is the “trust factor”. So Our Project aims at exploring this trust factor in online retail. It involves determining the factors which build trust in online retail, Identifying if the existing Ecommerce websites are providing the factors identified above, creating customer segmentation to identify the target segment.
