Abstract

It is this introspection and his vision to the future captured my attention to do a personal study about him as part of my CCS. The knowledge from these leaders has the potential to add value only when we contemplate on the ideas, make personal reflections and connect it to our experiences. At the end of the CCS the below objectives are intended to be met * Study the different stages in the life of Bill Gates. *Evaluation of his personality, mindset, experience and efforts of his actions. *Understand the alignment of Vision and Values in his life. *Clarity of vision and values in organizational excellence.
