dc.description.abstract	This is a Contemporary Concerns Study Project on the deployment of IoT products & services in a home setting. This report draws on the several use cases of IoT in the home arena and also touches on the data management aspects of the same. Thereafter, this report throws light on the existing value chain in this industry, in the Indian context and closes by taking a look at the potential issues on security, surveillance, privacy & ethics of these systems. The report ends with the key challenges and the way forward for this industry
