dc.description.abstractIn this report we tried analyzing the AI landscape and how firms see value in AI and their plans to adopt AI into their workflows to complement present solutions they have. Then we have first tried to understand what exactly constitutes to be an AI-first company and the pre-requisites which are needed to become one. Throughout the report we have tried exploring why companies would want or do not want to adopt AI-first strategy and the role of Leadership in realizing such visions. How a strategic plan can help adopt AI to augment their solutions then take a path of AI First is discussed. We've studied the current AI-strategies being followed, what steps a company can take to integrate into their organization and different types of AI-strategies an organization can explore based on the Industry, benefits related to it and the costs it would incur in the process.
